YETE invites local businesses wanting to explore ways in which to better engage with young people in the work place 


Join us for an insight into the Attitude Gap Challenge report – a collaborative multi-agency conversation set up to understand the reasons behind the lack of connection between employers and young people. Let’s explore potential ways to work together to actively address;

  • Disconnect between young people and employers
  • Barriers to get into work and staying in work
  • Ethnic and generational differences which can present challenges
  • Ways in which YETE can provide ongoing encouragement and support
